Dante's Old Stomping Ground
I was back in Shiga Prefecture this weekend for my buddy Jason's wedding party. Its been a long time since I've set foot in that part of Japan. I have a lot of baggage left in that place that I don't wanna come in contact with, but that's a whole other story. The good part was 4/5ths of the MJK was there for the festivities.
We were knee deep in tomfoolery before we knew it. It was like we hadn't missed a beat. Dan and I built a dope fort in the hotel room and dubbed it Camp Freedom. For some reason that we yet not know Sam Skudd brought the bell boy with him when he came up to the room and Dan and I were both inside Camp Freedom calling for Skudd to get his ass in and I look out the little cubby hole and see the bell boy's ugly mug peekin' in. Well, at least he's got a story to tell about the night now too.
The night before the wedding we stayed out drinking and walking around Hikone til four in the morning. I can't recount all that went down because I'm pretty sure we broke numerous domestic and international laws throughout the night. Needless to say we weren't in prime form the next day at the wedding party.
So now I'm just gonna sit back and listen to the rest of this Commodores CD (Machine Gun). I can't get enough of the funk.
