Now?
Apparently there's a typhoon bearing down on the Osaka area. Now when I hear that a typhoon is coming I just see it for what it really is, a storm of no particular danger that might get me a day off of work On the other side of the spectrum is my father-in-law. To him a typhoon is nearly as catastrophic as the coming of the apocalypse. He's called me up saying that I have to get out of my apartment (my wife is already over there) because I have big glass doors going out onto my balcony and something is going to come flying through the window and kill or maim me.
