This guy I know wanted me to be his trainer for putting on some muscle. So I told him to meet me and I'd show him my routine and give him some pointers and whatnot. I don't think he knew what he was getting into. Matter of fact, I know he had no idea what he was getting into. I worked that fucker so hard I made him puke. This is one of the greatest accomplishments of my life.
