My kids were being slightly unruly in the hallway today and the teacher I teach with said to them, "Ok, I want you to act like ninjas while we walk upstairs." All the kids started walking all stealthy and quietly like little ninjas. It was the greatest thing I've ever seen. Why didn't I ever think of that? Its using their own culture against them.
